Welcome to the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Public Works Diversity Tracking & Management System!

Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (DES) is now utilizing a web-based system for tracking the participation of Minority-, Women-, Veteran-Owned and Small Businesses on our public works projects. In addition, this system will help us track prime contractor, design firm, subcontractor, sub consultant and supplier payments.

Our Diversity Tracking & Management System is designed to streamline and automate compliance reporting requirements, empower vendors to maintain accurate contact information and submit contract payment details online. The system is accessible to all firms doing business with DES on public works projects and includes the following key features:
